WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. Warranty policy:

2. Warranty case:

• Warranty must be in full stamp status, not torn, erased, or smudged...
• The warranty card attached to each product and the time limit inscribed on the warranty card must remain valid

3. Cases not covered by the warranty:

• The product is burnt or damaged due to mechanical action, deformation, fall, breakage, impact, scratch, damage due to humidity, rust, animal intrusion, natural disasters, fire, Use the wrong voltage regulation
• Software errors (data, documents, texts and software provided free of charge, stored with the product)
• Customer automatically disassembles, repairs by individuals or technicians who are not employees of the Warranty Center

• Warranty card is lost, modified, inaccurate or inaccurate
• Gifts and accessories used in the process of using ink ribbons, drums, ink cartridges, printheads

4. Working time:

• 8:00AM - 12:00PM
• 13:30PM - 17:30PM
• All weekdays except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
